I have swapped 2 user's offices and the phone lines are punched down onto 66 blocks that go into the BCM. This makes it much harder if I have to go onsite to physically move the punch downs. Is there a way to swap the ports in the system?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a number of clients who are setup to use CallCentric.com as a SIP provider. In general the service is good, and the quality is fine. However, from time to time there is a hiccup and when it comes back up, the IP Office does not re-register with the provider and forces us to reboot to...

IP Office 406v2 with 2 DS16's and 1 DS30 running version 4.0.
When extension is plugged into the 2nd DS16 it does not accept incoming calls but can make outgoing calls. Replaced the DS16 with no change.
Changed the physical extension to the DS30 and now it works fine.
