Random Call Drop
We are having this issue. Customers complaint that they got disconnect or call dropped sometimes. Customer think somebody intentionally hung up the phone but it's not. Data record disappear ADP
This is very starange. There is form users can create new record such customer information. Huntgroup Mail Box Problem!
HI We have Call Pilot 150 and MICS 7.0 version. Lately about a month ago. We found out that voicemail that suppose to go hunt group mail box. Sometimes, Randomly maybe 1 out of 7 it goes to one of user's mail box instead huntgroup mail box. It happen randomly. If anybody had this problem and fix...- jasontektip
