    Merge voice mail databases

    Customer upgrading from 3.2 to 9.0.5 server. They will be upgrading several sites. All sites now have separate voice mail pro servers. Does anyone know a way to merge the different voice mail database in or, am I just going to have to do all (except one) by hand? Thanks for any thoughts!

    Contact store move

    I have moved contact store 7.8.1.16 from windows server 2003 to windows server 2008. Moved all records to the new server and could see old recordings as of the move day but, after the first reboot of the server all the old files can no longer be seen in the search and replay. The recordings...

    Contact Store

    I have installed contact store (7.8.16) on an XP machine. The IPO is running 4.2(20).The contact store PC is separate from the VM server and all works well except that the recordings library shows 3 identical recordings for every call. Has anyone seen this before?
