Trying to get an SEB2 (not NetPath) to talk to me via Procomm+. Used both local and host1 interfaces. All baud rates 8-N-1 with and without modem eliminator. Procomm shows connected but no data whatsoever and no response to CR or any other keys. Tried multiple units with no luck.

I am converting a BCM450 from copper trunks to PRI. I was not able to assign blocA to route 000. Built 001 using 8 to dial out (it would not let me choose 9). We will be getting rid of the copper lines.
Can I assign route 000 to blocA in order to allow users to use 9 to dial out?
We have 2 6140 handsets that have had the admin password changed and we do not know what it is. When we use the HAT, we cannot make any changes without entering the old password. We've been through all of the Avaya documentation that we can find to no avail.

We have a customer with a BCM50 that is losing 15 minutes per day. System is rel 1.0 with all current patches successfully installed. We have changed the battery as well.
