We have a company Font we would like to use in OWA. We can manually change the message format to it..
My question is, is there a GPO that forces the OWA to use a default font for the message format not the frame work of the page?

We are looking for a 3rd party app to help track messages going into our sales@, custservice@, Support@ generic mailboxes.
We have multiple users checking these boxes during the day, but management would like to track how long it is taking to get these emails replied to..
