Is there any way of a short code parking a call like the Norstar. The Norstar system assign a park bin for you when the call is parked (like 101,102,103,etc.) but the avaya you have to make your own bin codes. Is there a way in a short codes to use the 101, 102, 103 etc.? Thanks
