We have a SOE on Centralized Voicemail to a 406 on an IP Link.
After upgrading the VM to 4.2 the users on the SOE side cannot get into their voicemail boxes. They can get to the VM server with *17, but get rejected at the password step.
Any thoughts? Both SOE and 406 are on 4.2(11)
Can anyone shed some light on how to make the Flash hook work in the following situation?
IP500 with analog 4 for incoming lines.
When the user hears a call waiting tone, he should be able to do a flash hook to put that call on hold at the C.O. and take the second call.
It actually takes 3...
We have a customer with an IP500 running 4.0 in a house.
They want to be able to have one of the analog sets in the house join a call already answered somewhere else in the house. They would like it to work just like a house without a PBX where the user just goes off hook and they join the...
I would like a few tips on how to connect up the following:
406 with Central Vmail at one site with VPN connection.
At Remote site, SOE with DSL connection to the internet.
I have a customer that is looking to use the 3COM Office Connect Cable DSL Router to link two 406 across a VPN.
Has anyone had experience with this box.
I am sceptical of the QOS for VOIP.
Can anyone offer some advice as to why System Status will no longer open on my PC. I had it working fine with 4.05, but as soon as I went to 4.07 it no longer launches.
I have tested the outcalling on VMPro 4.0 and it does not seem to operate that way it should.
I have put a pager as the first number and a cell as the second number on the escalation list for a mailbox. When the outcall takes place, it dials the first number then immediately after it completes...
I no longer see local MOH in 4.0
Has anyone been informed by AVAYA if this is an error.
We have a customer with 2 distinct businesses linked via SCN and they require different MOH sources.
Any help would be appreciated.
I was reviewing you answer to a post on Apr 27/06
You mentioned a short code method for unparking calls across a SCN. I cannot get this to work.
Two 406's across a VPN.
System A parks call at park slot 6.
System B has short code 106, Dial, Number 106 and line is System B's Voip line to System A.
