Customer has MICS and CP 150. CP is set up as CP, not NVM. They want to change company greeting remotely. Have tried by calling in, answered by AA and entering SM mail box and password. CP 150 remote greeting change
Call Pilot 150, When remotely accessed via AA and logging into System Mgr. MB. Remote chg. (77) is yes. Then "99". Customer wants to change for Holidays/bad weather.
