    International access code??

    I have international dialing restricted but want to only let a few people dial it if needed. Currently 011 is built as an SPN but I have a bogus RLI assigned to it and change the SPN as needed. Can an access code be built taht will insert the 011? and if so how can it be done with it not...

    Audio Level

    Is there a way to turn up the audio level on the trunks for a BCM50? The sound is real low. Not sure if it's telco or the switch. Thanks

    BCM 50 Menu Question

    I built the main menu in call pilot but when I forward the console to call pilot when it answers it hits the general delivery mailbox instead of the main menu. When it's not forwarded it hits the main menu just fine on an unanswered call. Any suggestions on what I need to do to correct it. Thanks
