    800 Number Redirect to ACD Que

    I have an 800 number that is not programmed anywhere on our phone switch that I can see, however when I call it, it goes to our ACD Que as it should. I have a request to add another 800 number into the que. Without creating a phatom phone, how would I perform this action? Maybe using the DNIS??

    CS50 wireless Headset w/3904 Phone

    I am able to get the headset to beep and pickup when I am away from my desk. However, if someone from the outside calls, I don't hear the headset beep. It does beep when the caller hangsup. Any ideas as to why it does not beep when an external call comes in?
