Don't install TM 3.0 from scratch; if you are a glutton for punnishment, then at least use my FAQ to help. Otherwise get a copy of 2.2, install that first, then install TM 3.0. It will cut your install times and problems. -jadexing.

They are large Nortel seller, they won't sell 3.0 because of the many problems, but they are selling 3.1 which is supposed to address the many bugs. I don't think 3.1 has shipped yet.
