    Dell LT not booting up.

    Ok, I have a Dell Presario V2000. It was left on for a week and then if went dead. I can hear the cooling fan spin, the power led comes on, but I do not hear the HD spin. I also can't get the CDRom to open. I have used a paperclip to open the CDR manually, and have loaded the recovery disk, but...

    Ok. Question with external pinging source

    I have a customer who called last night that explained that they have an external user/hacker, that is pinging their system. I want to know if that ping will show in the DSL Gateway log? Or is there a program that I can run to id the ip address? Thanks

    Boot camp class or books and computer lab

    Ok, so I have looked into the CCNA training and found 2 avenues. A "Boot camp" style class ($2500.00) which is 5 days long, or buying the 2 recommended books and software program for labs??? Any suggestions?? Kyle
