My OWA Users are having indexing issues. When a search is performed, they get "Search results may take a long time to appear because Microsoft Exchange Search is unavailable. Results will not include matches in the e-mail body." MS says the index needs to be rebuilt.
Here is my question:

Is there a way in UCM 6.1 to see what physical device an extension is logged into? I can see what device profile an extension is assigned to, but how do I see what physical device it is applied to short of going set by set?
I have a 7941 at a remote site. The phone is logged out but still shows the username/extension. I have reset it by having the user unplug the cable, and also sent a reset from UCM. Any ideas?
I recently powered down my option 11c to move it to a new location. When I brought it back up, all the changes I had made in the last few months were not in the switch. What is the deal with that? Luckily, I use OTM and was able to identify non-working sets and retransmit the changes. How do I...
I currently have an option 11c. We are moving our office and downsizing so I only want to use 2 of the 3 cabinets. Do I need to do anything in the switch before I take the 3rd cabinet offline besides moving the sets that are on those cards? This cabinet only contains 3 Digital LC's and 2 Analog...
My CallPilot hard drive failed this week so I bought a CD drive do I can rebuild it. It is a wide-SCSI drive, but I have the proper adapter cable and terminator on it so that it should be compatible with the SE interface. I boot the server into rom-dos and try to install NT but I get the...
I just recently installed 2003 SP2 on my DR server and it seems to have cleared all but 2 random tapes out of my Media Pool. The pool is still there, however, the tapes are not so my job fails because it cannot find available media...
There are a few different examples of this on here, but nothing quite like I need to do. I have a table in my DB with an ID, name and parent fields. I need to output this info in my ui but I am having trouble grouping them.
Query results:
ID Name Parent
100 Test NULL
101 Org1 NULL
102 Org2 101...
I setup an ACD (0648) that forwards to our office in Denver. If I call the local DID (619-794-0648), it rings through. If I call the toll-free number (866-592-2107) that is pointed to the DID, it does not even ring, it just disconnects. Here is the ACD:

I have 2 KBA's on a 3904 at my receptionist desk. Is there a better option than SCN for displaying a person's status? I would like it if she could press the key and have it call that person. I know this can be done with other phone systems.

I am getting ready to implement Exchange 2007 in my existing network. I currently have 750 users on SmarterMail (POP3 access). Here is my question:
I only have 100 employees that need exchange. The rest are agents that only need email, so they are staying on SmarterMail. Can I configure...
I have an issues that just came to my attention. My normal setup for 3904's is KEY 0, primary DN, and KEY 1, Secondary DN. If the PDN is busy it rolls to the SDN.
I recently added an ACD queue to select phones. Now the PDN is on KEY 2 and the SDN is on KEY 5. When someone calls in while an...
I have a few queues setup and all seems to be working fine. For some reason I am able to login using any agent ID within my range (2000 - 2199). I only have 2 sets programmed so far (2101 and 2102) but can login with 2150. Is this by design? Can I make it so they can only login with their agent...
I am in the process of rolling out ACD queues to several of our employees. I am afraid that they will leave their desk and not put their set into a NotReady state. Is there a way for me to force NotReady and requeue the call if an incoming call rings their set 4 times?
