    UPS APC 1400 - No power on

    .. Havent used it in a while. I plugged the UPS in, and no lights on the front. So i checked the batts, over 1 batt reading is 12v+ 2 batts together reading is 24v I press the on button, and the ups does nothing. Any ideas, ?
