I have a fleet of 13 VPN Router (Contivity) 1010 devices running version 4.85 of the software. I'm interested in upgrading the software, but cannot find it for download on the Nortel site. Do these downloads require a support contract?

We've got a CallPilot server installed as part of our CSE 1000 set up. I noticed several months ago that the front status display on this unit simply displays three question marks "???".

I haven't been able to find any decent documents or patches on the Nortel website for this issue. We have a number of BCM 200s and there has been a patch released for those. Does anyone have any guidance or advice on how to ensure a smooth transition to DST this year with the CSE?
