How is it possible that one set isnt following the routing table? For example, this user cannot dial toll free because her set keeps picking the LD circuit and not local. Other sets work fine over the right lines. She is not picking any line, just picks up the handset and dials.

My vendor just installed new BCM400 this weekend. The time is set correctly in the system, BCm Monitor shows correct date and time, but all the phones display Jan 16th and wrong time. Reboots dont help. Any ideas on this crazy one?
