    Always backs up at 4928KB on any sized file your trying to backup

    we are using V10 and I have gone into the setup wizard even to check that nothing is wrong and I still have this same problem. I am backing up a file that is 20meg as a test. Everytime I run the job however it always runs fine and finishes the job at 4928KB which is obviously not right. No...
