    Problems with an EU24

    We have strange problems with an EU24. The keys are programmed and working. After a couple of days the customer changed some keys in de manager but they where not changed at the EU24. Whatever what we do the old keys and labels are still visible on the EU24. Anyone got an idea??

    No BLF on 1 Softconsole.

    We have an IP 500 version 5 with 4 softconsole. 1 softconsole has no BLF information. They cannot see if a extension is busy or not. I have 1 eBLF license in the system and 4 softconsle licenses. Does anyone know what this can be?
