Is there any way that an ACD supervisor can log in/log out an agent? I have a site with ACD agents in a separate location from the supervisor, but they are on the same PBX.

I work in a large Nortel environment with a single Callpilot VM. This customer is interested in using the Shoregear equipment but, wants to use the Callpilot for it's VM. The customer is set on only having one VM node for the entire network. Any thought's?
I have a 11c and this message keeps appearing. This may be a seperate issue, but when a call is made to another PBX in the network, the call may or may not go to Call pilot. I have tried to decipher the codes with not luck.
