IP trunk calls between 2 MCD's. MiVB version 7.2
When system A users call system B the calling party displays shows called party name and number.
When call made in opposite direction display of called party name is not displayed.
The display on the calling set just says "calling"

System is MCD rel 7.0 SP1 PR1, MBG rel 8.1
Looking for a working SIP Peer Profile.
Customer is experiencing intermittent call disconnects.
No logs or events in MBG.
MCD is showing zombie logs with reference to the MBG IP address
Customer checked with Cogeco and no issues reported.
Multi-site customer with MCD 6.0 and Nupoint 6.0 and several phones are old Avaya sets running in SIP mode.
No issues with the new sites.
However they have a branch with and older MCD 4.2 and a MAS 3.0 running Nupoint where we are experiencing issues.
If caller from new site calls old sites...

Customer signed up with Level 3 for SIP trunk services. They have MPLS network with them.
MCD is release 6.0 and customer does not have MBG. Calls are going through CPE firewall which their IT group manage.
Link is up and can make calls both ways however no audio.

MAS 3.0 AWC user portal access reported.
Able to connect to domain name conference.customername.com select AWC portal but not able to login, it eventually gives internal server error.
Another tech just tried stop and start of AWC.

Client originally started the programming the SIP link but on review had just match the example in the documentation so I deprogrammed the link and started from scratch.

Site was configured with default name and number in SIP profile.
Works fine.
User configured with an associted directory number which displays as programmed when calling out SIP trunks.

Issue, user does not want their name displayed (tel dir.) wants the default name as programmed.
