I've been introduced to a company with IP Office 406v2 to help troubleshoot the unit; was told they can only make calls but not receive. I've not worked on this box before, how do I connect to it? Does it hav an interface like the G350s and the G700s? Dont have a clue at all.
I have installed G350 and G700 for a client at different locations, all of them running the IA770 audix on CM 3.1.2. The server rooms are powered down every night and that makes the messaging not to startup in the morning, its offline.

I have a little problem with my trunks. A client makes a call and after ending the call and dropping the phone hook, the trunk cannnot be used by another person. It keeps giving a busy tone. I have to always reset ( busyout and release) the trunk before it can be used by somebody else.
Any ideas...
