I have a site that 3 of the 12 telephone sets shows that some of the top of the LCD screen display seems to be cut off. Other words a capital T would look like an l.
Any suggestion, other than replace the telephone set, they are just over a year old.

When ever a caller hangs up during the out going call pilot message, the Compact CIC does not release the POTS lines. Is there anything that I can do, so we do not have a minute or so of dead air to listen to. Thanks in advance
POTS line three of a four line system has a great deal of static. The local Verizon informed us that the ring part of the line is "heavy grounded" Would grounding the cabinate eliminate this problem. thanks
