    How do I import a graphic (like a logo) so that it doesn't come in in a white box? Also, can I import a logo which is embedded in a Word document?

    Using a MacBookPro, in InDesign, I want to delete page one of a document so I can have just 2 and 3, which appear as a spread. When I delete page one, pages 2 and 3 separate and don't stay side by side.
