Just installed Call Pilot 4.0 and have IVR and Access ports defined and aquired in Symposium 5.0 When Give IVR or Play voice Segments I am hearing 3 ringback tones before it plays the prompts but there is no Wait or Give Ringback statements in the script. How do I eliminate the ringback.

Just installed a new CP 4.0 703t, when I call the CDN for Voice Messaging it answers, but I get no voice prompts. What could I be missing? Everything looks like it is set up right.

Am going to do a Migration to CP 4.0, when you load the utility tape it asks if the Mail is rls 11,12,13 or 13.14. The Install tape just says rls 13, in tools it shows 13.13.1.
