Hi, I see that this has ben reported before with a solution of replacing the handset. That's OK if it happens only occasionally, but on one site I have 2 examples within a matter of a singe week. They only have 9 so as a proportion it's quite high and I am concerned that...
Hi

After the usual messing about I got the SIP line working correctly about 2 months ago and all has been working well till Friday morning.

Hi all
For some strange reason the most popular business mobile is not supported by the IP Office One-X Mobile app.
Have I got this wrong. Does anyone have it working or do I go to a 3rd party?
Any feedback would be gratefully received
Hi
I know that One-X will not run over analogue lines, and that ISDN or SIP are to be used, but to save the client money I wanted to connect to his mobile (in or out) via a GSM gateway.
Has anyone attempted this and got it working??
Tim
Hopefully someone can help me with this, I would like to know how you feel the NEC SV8100 compares to the IP Office.
Now I know alot of the differences but would like to know how you guys feel about it, whether it's a worthy competitor or not (with examples if possible)
Many thanks
James
I know its not in the compatibility list but has anyone or does anyone know whether you can run one-x mobile client on the samsung i320. It is a windows mobile 5 based device, tried a couple of versions but neither worked.
Thanks for your help in advance.

Im using the routing rules in the pop connection manager. Everytime i seem to put a new rule in the routing rules it will either replace one or will get rid of all of the rules i had previously. Is there any way to stop this happening.
Thanks

Hi everyone. Have looked for an update on running Phone manager plus other Avaya software on Apple Mac. The last posting I found was in 2004.
Anyone know if this can now be done or do we have to wait till a web browser option becomes available?

I know someone who runs an Internet Cafe and a low cost international call service.
They need to be able to present a bill to each of their customers at the end of their call.
They do not need a full blown call management package, which gives all sorts of reports but just a simple bill perhaps...
For Telecommuter mode Avaya state:
"Phone Manager Pro allows the making and receiving of calls and the retrieving of voicemails from an external phone number as if they were in the office, with Phone Manager providing the call control. The typical scenario is the remote worker that occasionally...
