I'm trying to get a PolyCom IP7000 to work in CUCM 5.1. The Polycom just won't register to the server. I know connectivity is good because I can get a 7960 working fine.
Any pointers?

Without having either mailbox builder and manager, is there a way to get a list of what the settings are in each COS? Ihave pulled the mbxs from 14 and have all of their COSs documented, just need to find out what is in the COSs.

Yes - it is there as an option but the users don't hear it. Yes - they can hit 0 to get the full list, but most of the users are techies (read lazy) or traders ( read REALLY lazy). Is there a way to make it part of the prompts when they are done listening to the message
