Is there a way to set up a call handler so that when a caller enters an end user's extension (any end user extension) that they go right to that user's greeting without ringing the phone.
Does anyone know if it's possible to change the default values of 4/2 for the max number of calls/busy trigger system wide? So that whenever I add a DN to a device by default it's 6/4 instead of 4/2? I've looked all over and can't find it. Was hoping someone knew for sure one way or the other...
Does anyone know if the Intuity LX can send e-mail notifications to users that they have a VM message? Not looking to have a wav file of the message sent, just and e-mail telling a user they have a message.

Does anyone know if there is a way to tell if a user has disabled the on a 9951 or 9971 phone without actually going to the phone and looking at the preferences and seeing that it's been turned off? This if for CUCM 8.5.

I'm having a weird issue: when a user calls from their CM phone to a AT&T cell phone, the caller ID comes up as unknown. It only happens on AT&T phones on 3G. If you force the cell phone to 2G, the caller ID comes through fine. All other carriers both cell and landline the caller ID works fine...

I've got a 3300 and the remote alarm LED is on. In addition, all the lights on the CIM ports and the network ports are lit up solid even when nothing is connected to them. And the status LED continually cycles from orange to yellow to red.

I defined a Feature Access code and it works by dialing that, but the web interface won't let me choose it as an option to assign to a button.
