We have two ACDs and I want to find the best solution to virtualize a group of agents at both locations. We currently use Network Interque but it doesn't seem to be what we are looking for as we want these agents to be treated as if the were in the same building.
Any suggestions?
Can I modify and existing instance through crystal management console such as add an email address or change a parameter? I think there are some 3rd party tools to asist with them but they appear to be quite costly.
