Footnote numbering restarting each thread
We have a book with each chapter set as an individual thread (for formatting simplicity). However, we want the footnote numbering to run through the entire book. Problems generating index in InDesign CS2 4.04 Windows
A client sent me a Word file with approximately 1700 index codes embedded from Word. A large proportion of entries fall into one major heading.
