What does this mean??? I know something about the DCH
How many people can conference 6 people on there own line? what is the max?
Example 10 people each conf 6 people that would be 10 different conferences of 6 people. Is there a max?
I need to generate a report of Phantoms in the PBX, however I need it to show the DCFW the telephone number it dials without having to print all the TN programming. I have to duplicate a speed dial list in one PBX and create the same list in another PBX.
Any ideas????
I have 2 models of the M2616 telephones one color is ASH and one is Black. I have to find a way to identify only the ASH telephones and replace them. Is there a way to identify the color of the telephone within the PBX?
I am using a Option 81c Rel 5 with Call parrot, and Symposium in an ACD environment. For some reason when some agents log in the Not Ready light on a M3905 lights briefly on then goes out however in Symposium it shows as logged in ready for calls. If I use the operators loggin ID and my test ID...
