    I need to generate a report of Phantoms in the PBX, however I need it to show the DCFW the telephone number it dials without having to print all the TN programming. I have to duplicate a speed dial list in one PBX and create the same list in another PBX. Any ideas????

    M2616 Model Telephone Identification

    I have 2 models of the M2616 telephones one color is ASH and one is Black. I have to find a way to identify only the ASH telephones and replace them. Is there a way to identify the color of the telephone within the PBX?

    I am using a Option 81c Rel 5 with Call parrot, and Symposium in an ACD environment. For some reason when some agents log in the Not Ready light on a M3905 lights briefly on then goes out however in Symposium it shows as logged in ready for calls.
