I am having an issue with a few of my agents. Sometimes, when they hang up a call, CAD thinks they are still on the call. It will show them as Talking, but every button in the software is grayed out. Their only choice is to close the program and re-open it. Has anyone seen this before?

I have had a few reports this week of people calling from out of state calling our actual number, only to have it just ring. The auto attendant never picks up. They can call right back and have it work.
