    IP Office upgrade to 9.XX latest..

    Hello, can I upgrade from 7.0 to the latest 9.XX straight? Or I have to upgrade to 8.XX first? I've got a 9.0 upgrade license already. Can I just load the 9.0 upgrade license and go from 7.0 to 9 directly? Thanks!

    dialing from call log.

    I've got "log all calls" enabled, it works. However, when I try to "DIAL" from it, it only dials 7 digits, not the 10 digits. The city code appears in (brakets). How would I make the BCM400, 4.0 dial all digits? Thanks, Mario
