For some reason I cannot dial from my analog phone via the T1. It seems that nor all the numbers are being sent. I can dial fine via the pots lines.

How do you record a transaction box in the AD-40? I know that you can logonto the vms pc and hit F3 to go off hook on the port and then F9 to record etc.

From time to time a port freezes. What is the cause? I replaced the battery for the entire system -- so it is not the electricity.
The customer kept rebooting the voicemial. That repaired it.
I tried rebooting the entire phone system and that cleared it too.

The Direct inward dial number use 3 digits
