Grand total question in Cross Tabs

Crystal cross tabs
I'm trying to combine 2 sets of data in a cross tab, but one set of data should only appear in the last column. eg: Col1 Col2 Col3 Col4 8 A 9 B 10 C 11 D but I only want the letter info to appear in the last column. Any ideas? Thx.- lynnshs

Can't get data if last table is empty
I'm new to Crystal, using 8.5 with odbc connection. Using Visual Linking and select expert to create sql statements. It seems that I can't pull a record if the last table in the visual linking sequence doesn't have data. ie should pull sales name even if nothing else related to him. Hope...- lynnshs
