I'm trying to print on custom-sized paper, and the design keeps getting cut off at the edge. I've played with the bleed details, but maybe I'm not doing it right. How can I get an image to go all the way to the edge or at least near the edge on custom-sized paper? I'm using InDesign CS2 on...
Every time I open a particular file (that was converted from Pagemaker 7.0) I get a missing font message. But when I try to do a Change All, it won't let me. It simply stays on the list as a missing font, even when I select a replacement. Any ideas?

i have a text box that i've formatted with a specific paragraph style. but every time i press enter, it turns back to times 12pt., which isn't even my default type. why does this keep happening, and how can i make it so that the paragraph style stays the same even after i make a new paragraph?
