Announcement (AA) when user is on the phone
Can anyone figure out a way to do this. I have worked on this for a couple of hours and not found a solution. Cannot connect to Voicemail via AX anymore
This has just happened since last week. I don't know what has changed but I have INI'd the system twice already and it didn't fix the problem.
