Is there a way to program IP office to still send calls to a huntgroup when the Voicemail Pro server is down for maintence?
Or any suggestions that could help bring the server down but still recieve calls?

We have an after hrs phone. I just had my service provider change our plan to allow the caller id to be passed to the cell phone, but i can't seem to figure out how to program ip office to do that.
Anybody have any tips or can point me in the right direction.

I had some problems a couple weeks ago which i then upgrade to R5 manager.
Now when i am on a call and other calls ring in, i end my call and the phone won't ring. I'm not sure where to go to fix this. I looked at the Wrap-up Time and its set for 2 secs but the call still does not ring through...

Yesterday 1/13 i started experiencing problems with my voicemail pro. I believe its a serivice issue because i can resolve the problem by simply restarting the service.
The only change to the server yesterday was an installation of a windows update (KB972270) Security Update for...
So i did the dreaded upgrade this weekend to the newest software release. 4.2(4) and now i can not communicate with voicemail pro. I check in system status and have 6 alarms total. and one of them that i think may be causing it is all voicemail channels are in use.
Is there anyone that can help...
What am i missing, the hard button redial does not work.
I'm using IP office manager 6.1(12) and in the users short codes i have
9 as the code, no telephone number, feature dial, and line group id as 50: [9] which the ARS designated for that user.

So i have a IP406 ds system installed with to dig dcp and one analog insert. Sorry if i'm not explaining it right, not to familar with phone systems.
So currently i have 2 t1 lines pointed at the phone system giving me 48 channels. 1 of those circuits is a PRI.

Not really sure how to ask this question, but is there a way to monitor a change in status? I have voicemail pro set up for a day mode and a night mode and am trying to find a way to monitor when the system is put into night mode?
The way its programed now is a variable check, if its 1 its day...
Just upgrade to 4.0(10) and my 5410 phone will not redial when pressing the hard button on the phone. I press the button and it shows the previous dialed calls. when i press the one to dial it says incompatable???

So I had my phone guy in here and we configured or fax server to recieve incoming faxes. Now my problem is I can not send from it now. I can see the messages hitting my fax server but they are always coming up busy? Any buddy have any configs or pointers on what to look at in ip office to make...
