    ACD Data dump

    How do I set up a second TTY port to dump ACD stats over a serial link into a PC? I have an Opt 11 C and want to use Port 1 on the SDI card. Port 0 is used for the modem. I want to grab the data and process it in Excel or Crystal Reports or something similar. Tks for any help. Jim
