I have a fax on an analog line, internally I can dial the extension and get the fax tone. I have setup the line 188 for the DID just like I have on the rest of the phones, but when I call the DID # from outside I get a busy tone. Any ideas? Thanks, Chad

MICS, what is the best way to setup a hunt group (1 user) and if that user is busy it rolls to another hunt group (many users)? So All operator calls go to 1 hunt group if that is busy rolls to another? Thanks Chad

I have a T7316 and when it is hooked up i can get calls, but non of the buttons do anything. intercom, feature, just makes the noise but no response. If I hook up a t7208 it works fine. I have tried 2 7316..same issue. Any thoughts? Thanks
