On our 81C suc.3, when an acd user in our call center transfers an outside call to a voice menu on our mermail ver.13 and attempts to make a selection they get "your call cannot be completed at this time". cfw 500 set
I'm trying to forward a 500 tn (broken fax machine) to another 500 tn (working fax machine). When I place the cfw 4 on the 1st tn as a feature (ftr cfw 4) I cannot get the 4 digit number of the second (working) tn to "take". Both tn's are in the same building, same 81C.
