Need some guidance. I have a remote site that purchased some headsets from HelloDirect that are USB.
The vendor and the user are unable to get the headset working and they told me they need me to enable it on the system.

Doing some cleanup on one of my sites and I noticed we have 2 FCAS Tables
FCI 1 and FCI 4
I just went through all of my RLIs and none of them reference any FCI tables. Is it ok to out FCI 1 and FCI4 or could they be referenced somewhere besides the RLI table?
