I have a customer with a Option61c RLS 4.5 who would like to add VOIP phones to it. My question is can I still purchase a signaling server and keycodes without having to upgrade to the latest RLS?
I have a used MICS 4.1 I want to upgrade to 7.1. I dont care about retaining the programing do I still need the upgrade tool or can I just insert the new NVRAM card and software and reboot?
Just replaced the hard drive in BCM 3.7, did platform INI and was sucessfull also replaced BF tray for good measure. No more blinking lights but now I cannot access the BCM from LAN ports I can ping but cannot access page or telnet. Com port does work and everything appears OK. ANY ideas.

I am trying to install RCC on a PC running XP pro with service pack 3. This is off a CallPilot 150 3.0 that does have the proper RCC Keycode installed. I cannot get it to retrieve "sync" or retrieve the calls. Could this be related to the service pack 3 as the documentation shows SP2?

I have a BCM 450 and 50 connected via h.323 trunks. I can call the BCM 450 from the BCM 50 with no issues but cannot complete a call from the 450 to 50. I can see the call get a VOIP trunk thru 450 BCM monitor but call never reaches BCM 50 trunk thru BCM monitor. Any ideas ? I have check IP...

I have taken over a old issue on a 3.7 BCM 400. Some services do not expand (telephony services). I am running Java 1.3 and have the current patches suggested including the UM3 that resolves this issue but to no resolution.
Anyone else have this issue that wasnt corrented by JAVA?
Anyway to setup music on transfer from receptionist or Auto attendant on BCM 50, the customers old system did this and they cant understand why a 20 year old system can but this doesnt.
