    Does anyone know of a VoIP system that will allow a remote IP Phone to access 911 to their local exchange?

    Does anyone know if you need to hard wire a 24v power supply to a line port on the Norstar to get the Talk Back Paging to work? If so please let me know and also if they will need other equipment besides the speakers and an amplifier.
