    Roll Over Line

    can't seem to grasp the roll over methodolgy on the Mitel 3300 (voip). on nortar/nortel you can create a line to rollover if the first line is busy. how can I do this on the mitel? I need to have the line roll to the next line when busy.

    Replaced 7310 w/ 7316 -volume issue

    Call Pilot 150 system won't pick up internal calls

    All: I have a Call Pilot 150 system that won't pick up internal calls. The operator is able to transfer a call directly to the voicemail, but when someone internally calls another phone it won't pick up. Thoughts? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
