can't seem to grasp the roll over methodolgy on the Mitel 3300 (voip). on nortar/nortel you can create a line to rollover if the first line is busy.
how can I do this on the mitel? I need to have the line roll to the next line when busy.

I have a Norstar system and an issue that is driving me crazy. I have a four lines and all calls (when not answered) are going to ext. 33. The calls go from line 1, to line 2, and then to line 3.. the fourth is seperate..
anyway, I want the unanswered calls to go to the prime set, which...

i replaced a few phones yesterday and a couple of them were 7310's; i replaced them with 7316's. Now when they call out their volume is REALLY low - you can barely hear them...
any thoughts? i already looked at the "use set volume".

Caller ID seems to work, but only after you answer the line. You can wait until the 4th ring and still it shows "line 001". Once you pick it up the id of the caller will show.
is there anything I can do to have the Caller ID show as the phone is ringing... It happens at the operator and...

My vendor upgraded my software this weekend to 7.0 (I have a MICS), from 6.0) and now when I go to program my target lines to accept DIDs, it only allows me to enter 3- digits. The older version allowed me to enter the 7 digits..
IDEAS? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

so over the last few days i've been successful with programming my DIDS within target lines to the user sets.
my question is this:
when a call comes in on the PRI, what happens first? my target line looks for the my rec'd#s and it i get the calls, but does the call go somewhere first...

I have a Call Pilot 150 system that won't pick up internal calls. The operator is able to transfer a call directly to the voicemail, but when someone internally calls another phone it won't pick up.
Thoughts? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
