    File is greyed out and cannot be selected for a restore

    Any suggestions as to why a file I need to restore is greyed out and cannot be selected for a restore? We are running 11.5 SP3. It is an .xls file.

    How to remove Media records from Database

    We are running 11.5 SP2 with SANS option and SQL DB. When I look at the DB through the Database Icon, there are old records still showing under the Media Records. Is there a way to remove these records without having to do it manually? We are running the prune job every day. Thanks
