I have 2 audiocodes mp118 FXO gateways. I have 8 E&M trunks at each end. My route is dialing to the gateway channel(I can hear it with a butt set) but the gateway does not dial to the other gateway. Do E&M work over FXO or do I need FXS?

All copper lines are answered by AA, all DID's work. However when a second cll comes in and the main copper line is busy the call rolls over to the t-1. these calls are ring no answer. I need the AA to answer the hunting calls also.
