Hi Guys
I have an issue with above and it has stumped my vendor and I.
When a voicemail is left and played back parts of the message at random intervals are being cut out. Obviously my first train of thought was a hardware issue but I have pretty much ruled that out. Network is performing well...
When a call is coming in to our phone system with the status connected blind it doesnt switch on to voicemail after the no answer time has elapsed.
Can anyone give advice on how I get these calls to go to voicemails as all other calls do?
Cheers

Just upgraded to IP office 4.1 (15) at the weekend and since then *31 (call pickup group) has stopped working. All phones get a dead tone but the digital handsets display call rejected disconnected.
Any ideas?
I have checked the config and it setup in the exact same fashion as other shortcodes...
I remember setting up a policy that applies seperate Group policies to users if the log on to a PC or Terminal Server.
Problem is I have forgotten how I did this and it was for a previous company so I have no chance of getting the info back.
Has any one else set this up/ can give me pointers...
I get a box coming up with stream write error when I try to login to the admin suite for IP Office 3.0.12.
Has any one ever expeirenced this?
Any feedbak would be great.
