    acd groups

    can anyone tell me which program units need to be started with problems on ACD. We have a 6 lim system and all agents log on to CCM successfully however using ACCSP no agents are available and no calls are being recieved?? All groups affected are on LIM 3.

    IP extns/ Generic

    Hi, how is it possible to divert IP extns to a mailbox group as they are programmed as generic extns. I tried profiles but this obviously changes the display on the phones to read "profile x"?

    dhcp ip settings
