    How to change number of rings before sent to voice mail

    I am trying to figure out how to change the number of rings before the call is kick to voicemail. I have tried going to Feat. 983 then AA/Lines/Rings I have changed this 2 and even 1, but still kicks into voicemail after 7 rings... is there something I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance...
