I am having troubles with outbound Emails getting stuck in the queue. The Emails are getting delayed and reaching their destination up to 10 hours after being sent. I am also getting alot of undeliverables lately. Anyone have some advice on how to remedy this?

Whenever a I start a job the status just stays at "loading media." I recently replaced the tape drive, I have the newest Veritas driver and the updated firmware. Has anyone encountered this problem, or know a fix to it? Win 2k Server, Veritas 9.1, Benchmark VLT Tape drive. Thanks.
